Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for authority submissions, quotations, project costing etc.
- Process payments, invoicing, employee reimbursements.
- Follow up/collection of payment for outstanding invoices from accounts receivable
- Provide admin clerical support to Managing Director and perform other related duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree
- Preferably at least 1-2 years work experience.
- Proficient in in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Competent fast learner who can work independently under pressure and possess good communication/interpersonal skills
