A. ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Architectural consultancy services entails the comprehensive design and planning of building structures. The scope of services include:

- Architectural Design – Creation of blueprints and drawings essential for the construction process.
- Architectural 3D Visualisation – Photorealistic renderings of architectural designs.
- Project administration – Managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
As an architectural firm registered with the Board of Architects (BOA) in Singapore, we possess the licence and capabilities to execute projects with professional competence and skill from start to final completion.
B. AUTHORITY SUBMISSION
Authority submission refers to submission of building plans/ documents/forms to government authorities in order to obtain regulatory permits & approvals for construction projects. In authority submission, we ensure authority compliance of the building to authority regulations.
In Singapore, these regulatory government authorities/ departments/ agencies that govern the different aspects and types of buildings:
- Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) – Planning and conservation authority.
- Building Construction Authority (BCA) – Building plan authority.
- Land Transport Authority (LTA) – Transport authority
- National Environment Agency (NEA) – Pollution control and environmental health.
- Public Utilities Board (PUB) – Sewerage and drainage
- Fire Safety and Shelter Department (FSSD)/ Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) – Fire safety regulatory authority.
- National Parks Board (Nparks): National parks authority.
Additional submissions to other government authorities may be required, depending on the building type and location. These authorities include:
- Singapore Land Authority (SLA) – Land matters and Land Betterment Charge (LBC).
- Housing Development Board (HDB) – Public housing.
- Jurong Town Council (JTC) – Industrial projects.
- Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) – Developments on Sentosa Island.

C. CODE CONSULTING
Code consulting is a service where we review aspects of a building based on client’s brief and then provide expert advice/recommendations to ensure compliance with specific building codes/ regulations. This may entail providing you with up to date compliance review reports over the duration of the consultation period until the building is in full compliance with the relevant building codes/regulations.
